Hidrasec 10mg Infants Sachets is a prescription antidiarrhoeal medicine by Abbott containing Racecadotril 10mg, specially formulated for infants above 3 months as granules for oral suspension. It is used as a complementary symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhoea in infants and young children, working by reducing intestinal hypersecretion without affecting bowel motility.
