This Refund and Return Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled. Please read this carefully before making any purchase or booking a consultation.
1. When Are Refunds Available?
You may be eligible for a refund under the following situations:
1.1 Doctor Consultations (Online or Telemedicine Coming Soon)
- If your appointment couldn’t be completed due to technical issues, doctor unavailability, or platform error.
- If you cancel your appointment at least 8 hours before the scheduled time.
1.2 Health Product Orders
- If you receive products that are damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- If the order is not delivered within the expected delivery window and confirmed as lost or undeliverable.
- •Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
2. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request:
- Email our support team at support@sehatnama.pk within 48 hours of receiving your product or facing an issue.
- Provide your order number, consultation ID, or payment details.
- Attach clear photos or screenshots as proof of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. What’s Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Completed doctor consultations (unless interrupted by a technical or system issue).
Products that have been:
Opened or used Returned after 48 hours Damaged due to mishandling by the user Digital services, downloadable content, or virtual wellness tools once accessed.
4. Appointment Cancellation Terms (Coming soon)
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 8 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the appointment may incur a 25% deduction.
- No-shows will not qualify for a refund.
5. Dispute & Appeal Process
If your refund request is rejected and you believe it was unfair:
- Send a detailed appeal to support@sehatnama.pk
- Our internal review team will reassess your case and respond with a final decision within 7 working days.
