Esso 40 Capsules contain Esomeprazole USP 40mg, a proton pump inhibitor by Shaigan Pharmaceuticals used for the treatment of acid reflux, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, Helicobacter pylori eradication and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Esomeprazole works by irreversibly blocking the hydrogen potassium ATPase enzyme in the stomach lining to significantly reduce gastric acid production for fast and long lasting relief from heartburn, acidity and stomach pain.
