Betacin-N Cream is a prescription combination topical cream containing Betamethasone 0.1% w/w and Neomycin Sulphate 0.5% w/w for the treatment of eczema and dermatitis. Betamethasone is a potent corticosteroid that rapidly reduces skin inflammation, redness and itching while Neomycin Sulphate is an antibiotic that treats secondary bacterial skin infections.
