Refund and Returns Policy

At SehatNama.pk, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality health products with a smooth shopping experience. To ensure fairness and maintain product safety standards, we have set the following Refund & Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For healthcare and personal care items (medicines, supplements, sprays, creams, hygiene products), returns are not accepted once opened due to health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used health products.
• Prescription medicines.
• Personal care or hygiene items (delay sprays, lotions, creams, etc.).
• Items purchased on discount or clearance sale.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash (same method used during purchase).
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

• If the product is damaged or incorrect, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Important Notes

• Customers must provide unboxing video proof for damage/incorrect product claims.
• MyHealth.pk reserves the right to reject any return/refund request that does not meet the conditions above.
• In case of disputes, the decision of SehatNama.pk management will be final.
